I have lived at Terracina Grand for 18 months. During that time I have made many new and interesting friends. I came to Terracina because of a very special person. I was in rehab where I had been for two months and I had no idea of where I was going a month later. Then I met Giovanni Simon at the recommendation of one of the nurses, I was immediately captivated by this young man full of enthusiasm for the place he worked which turned out to be Terracina Grand. He did indeed make it sound grand, and I was sold. I told my children I had finally decided where I would like to live when I left rehab. They met Gio, and agreed with my decision, they thought it would be a perfect fit. I have lived here before and during the Covid pandemic, before Covid when life was normal there were wonderful activities led by a great staff. From the receptionist to the nursing staff I was made to feel comfortable at home. The dining staff and Culinary staff are superb. I love my physical therapist, who has helped me so much but what tied everything together were the residents they are lovely and welcoming. I know I have used a lot of superlatives in writing this letter, but that is the only way to describe Terracina Grand. The place I live happily and happily live.

As my husband, Win's, vascular dementia progresses his level of required care has increased. I greatly appreciate all the hardworking and caring staff at Villa at Terracina Grand in Naples, Florida. My husband is being well cared for by everyone at the Villa Memory Care. This includes the director, nursing staff, all the aides, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance personnel, business people, food service, and the wonderful team of the life enrichment activities department! They all go above and beyond for their residents and their families. I'm very happy with the care that my husband is receiving and I have piece of mind knowing that my husband is in a safe environment. I am grateful to all, including many people behind the scene for their dedicated work and patience with my husband.

My mom stayed at Gardens at Terracina Health & Rehabilitation after her hip surgery. She was treated well by the staff and she said the food was very good. I would recommend Gardens at Terracina Health and Rehabilitation. Gio was great, since visitors were not allowed due to Covid last summer, he and the staff went above and beyond to answer questions about her care, and made her as comfortable as possible.

Terracina itself is an elegant place with fine facilities, warm and loving staff and excellent food.

I just wanted to write and thank you both and the whole staff at Villa at Terracina for the excellent care and compassion shown to Mike while he was with you there. You made him welcome, he was at home there and I appreciate all you did for him.

Your lovely bouquet of flowers as an expression of sympathy of my mother’s passing was very touching, and a great source of comfort to me. All of you came up to me, hugged me, and went out of your way for condolences. It is because of your important workings, mother lived all her days content and smiling with dignity. I am most grateful – thank you for opening up your hearts to her.

You are a group of wonderful professionals who serve unconditionally. We will all miss one another yet the memories will stay close to me.

Thank you for taking the time to meet with me. I certainly enjoyed the tour and appreciate the information that you and your staff shared with me. You oversee a first rate facility and I was particularly impressed with the amazing amount of programs you offer.

I would like to express my appreciation for all the excellent work that the Villa at Terracina does in the community. Your center’s dedication to providing outstanding care for our seniors is admirable and so important to the residents of Naples.

With sincere and grateful appreciation, my family and I “Thank You” from the bottom of our hearts for all your help and kindness you give to Peter (a resident), and making it possible for us to keep Peter in the care of all the “Professionals” that give aid and service to him. I was glad to find out this weekend that all the bragging I did about Terracina, resulted in a dear friend of mine, recommending her neighbor to come and take up residence at Terracina.
